What does the slang expression “Esky” mean?
Definition:
An insulated container for food and drink (for a day trip)
For example:
“Put some more ice in that esky so the beer will stay cold.”
Notes:
Elsewhere the equivalent is “cooler.” Esky is a brand name that has passed into general use.
