Definition:
Someone who offers criticisms or comments after already knowing the outcome of something
For example:
“It’s easy to be a Monday morning quarterback and say we should have sold the stocks, but the fact is there was no way to know they were doing to decline in value”

This is from American football, where games are usually played on Sunday.
